When I upgraded my phone, ATT dropped my data plan without my knowledge. When I called tech support about data not working, they "fixed" it. On my next bill, instead of the @$15 200MB plan, now I have $20 300MB plan. After I called and complained about it, I was told that plan is no longer available. So, even though I never dropped or changed my plan, I am forced to pay more for the extra data that I don't use, because nobody can figure out how to fix this. I spoke to several techs and I am still paying more for what I don't need, even though it was admitted ATT mistake.What to do?
