Customer service

After spending over an hour on the phone with two very nice and helpful customer service assistants, I was transferred to a third to address yet another change. She refused to give me any information though I am an authorized user, the only one that's ever paid bills or made changes in the last 24 years. My question is does my husband have legal recourse against ATT for all the times you did allow me to make changes when, according to her, they shouldn't have.
