My Dad is 92 years old, a long time ATT customer and a WWII vet.
He uses his cell phone maybe an hour a month
He was denied the FAN military discount claimimg it can't be applied to his senior plan and previous discounts he had received I am told are no longer available
There are no more plans that are phone service only, they all include internet and texting both of which he won't use and doesn;t know how to.
I have spoken to over 6 staff and supervisors over the last 5 months and what one tells me the other one says that I was given the wrong information regarding the FAN discount and courtesy discounts
It is inexcusable that I only get contradictory information each time I call.
I am more than dissatisfied with the customer service, I don't believe that there is no way they can override the system to give this man his military discount!
