Horrible Service!

Hello All, I recently had quite the debacle with AT&T's Warranty center. I'll start at the beginning, I received a brand new defective Galaxy Note 5. The battery would barely hold a charge and was constantly rebooting. I took the phone in after only having it for 2 months to see what my options were. I made the mistake of going through their warranty service. When I received the new phone everything seemed great! thought my troubles were over, but I was wrong. The new phone I received had issues with the wireless charger and would constantly reboot every 45 seconds. I was furious, I decided to go to the AT&T store and see what my options were considering I was leaving for business the next day for a week. They then told me that there was nothing they could do and the only option I had was to go to a warranty center where I was traveling. I decided since that was the only option I had I would go with it. Fast forward about 3 days and I finally had the time to go to this warranty center and receive my new phone to fix my issues, BUT little to my knowledge once I arrived they didn't carry Galaxy Note 5's in stock because the phone was to new! Again I had to deal with constant reboots and not being able to use my phone for over a week! At this point I was pretty furious, I called customer service again and they overnighted a new phone to me. I thought all was good and had received a working phone. Again I was surprised when I received a bill for 702.00 for my first phone! The reason behind it? because the original phone I had sent in had a crack in the top right corner of the screen. I called customer service and again had no success. They told me that the pictures of the box they received it in looked perfect and that I had to have caused the damage. Why would I send a phone in for warranty if it had a crack in it knowing id be responsible for a 700.00 payment? I had sent the phone in around Christmas time and everyone knows that delivery services get careless and throw packages around. But now I am stuck paying 702.00 dollars for something I didn't do. Great service AT&T.
