Have others had issues with rescheduling payments? I've been a customer for years. I called to reschedule a payment, attempted on line and been told that due to the new system, I wouldn't be able to reschedule my payment. I made a partial payment today and would like to pay the remainder in full next week. I've been denied and advised my service will be interrupted. I have 5 people and 3 new devices. No one advised me of this change in practice. Help plz
