Someone else's name on bill??

We just combined our wireless and directv, and signed up for autopay.

i just received notice that it was paid.  My name is the recipient, the account and amount is correct, but it shows "Henry Blake" at the top of the email message.   I logged in to myATT, name and account ok, but it shows View Henry's Bill.    What's up?  Is mail merge off on something?
