Incorrectly charged for full phone on ATT next

I recently added a line at best buy under the ATT next program.  I was told I had 14 days to reurn the phone.  I did return the phone within 14 days to Best Buy but my ATT bill has the charge for the full amount of the phone because I cancelled my line.  

 

I have been told by ATT customer service on the many times I called trying to get this corrected:

1) you were suppose to return the phone to ATT, not BB.  Now does that make any sense?

2) BB did not do the return correctly; have them re do it as buyers remorse, not cancellation.  

 

Seriously, talking to ATT is like talking to the wall.

 

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?  To make matters worse, these charges are on my unified bill account which no longer exists because after they set up the account number they told me i was not eligible for unified billing.

 

Please help!!
