Unified account, wireless and Direct TV

I have tried over and over to get my 2 accounts bundled with at&t wireless and Direct TV so I could get the monthly discount. I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T and it is never resolved. They say they will call me back and never do, they say I have to go to a corporate store to do this, etc. I get different info from each call. It's very frustrating and I am ready to change carriers because of AT&T's lack of completing this and giving false information. Any ideas?
