To whom may concern,
My name is Denise ***. I have some problems with AT&T people. I have been long time customer, and pay them good too never late on paying my bill. Lately I notice that when I upgraded my phone the sale person had changed my plan form unlimited data to 30 gigabytes data, and keep raise my phone bill. For couple months now I try to get back my unlimited data, every time I called them they try to give me, and raise my monthly bill. Yesterday they leave me the message that my unlimited data will be end by this month, if I didn't sign up with them on Direct TV, I have been try to explain to them that because that is my husband account with Dish Network, my husband very happy with what he get now. He did not want to switch to Direct TV. So I talk to Tina ( the one work on the the Customer Relations) told me if I switch my husband 's home internet account to my account she would get back to my unlimited data. I ask my husband permission to do so. When they finish do transfer accou nt I called them back they said that they can not do it unless I signed up with Direct TV. I told them that Tina told me to do transfer account . They admit that Tina was give me wrong information, and misleading me. They polize , and willing give me $25 for their misleading me. Now my internet is not working, I called them back, they said that they schedule for technician to come to my house to check on the line. I told them that my internet was working before I transfer account. I have check my bill now they raise up more.
I think the AT&T try to ripp off the people speak, and understand a little Englih like me, i would like you help me, and a lot of people have been ripped off by a big company like AT&T.. I wish that you would help me to resolve this problem with the AT&T people
