Really AT&T

We are a military family. We signed up for our service March 2015. We realized a couple of months back that we weren't receiving our discount. We went to our local AT& T store and they said they would apply our discount and nothing never happened. Well, we made several phone calls to AT&T customer service and was promised a credit of $60 something dollars since we hadn't received any credit and this would be applied once our local AT&T store got our discount in. Well, today I called AT&T and was told that no discount would be applied. So, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold by Juanisha. Juanisha came back to the phone and told me that the supervisor would call me back and I have yet to hear from the Supervisor. I even asked for the Supervisors name and was told that I couldn't have that info. AT&T you aren't the AT&T of old.
