JUST BREATHE...

Hello,

I've been an AT&T customer for quite some time now.  All aspects of the service has been impeccable.  Until now.

I've just noticed that I've been paying for data/service on my old lost iPad!  I purchased a new iPad air in Florida (payed cash) in December of 2014.  I had it insured.  I lost it around April of 2015.  After looking and waiting to see if it would turn up, I suspended the service. I filed a claim and recieved a replacement...which I promtly gave to my little brother because I purchased a new iMac.

Anyway, after hearing from my fiance recently how much my bills have been from AT&T, I decided to investigate.  To my horror, I've been paying monthly since around May 2015 for a lost/suspended device!  These charges have added up to $900-$1000!!!!

I looked at the used history and the lost device has had zero usage since it was lost....so I can assume it's truly gone and no one stole it and is using it.

I obviously want a refund of those charges.  What steps do I need to take to recieve my refund?  Thanks for your time.

Regards,

Ralph D.
