Can anyone tell me what my next step should be? I'm thinking about just going to sprint after today. I've stayed with AT&T even though they charge more than 90% of other carriers because of customer service. In addition to the phone availabilities but everyone has everything now. I was just told my account could not be refunded 80 in recconection fees because I accidentally shorted my payment 77 cents. That doesn't even seem logical to me even worse I was just basically told to deal with it. Basically screw you, no there's not anyone you can talk to. I'm not used to At&t being like that any advice on what I should do? I'm looking for another company as I type and I've been with them for 6 years. I guess now since they bought boost mobile they've gotten a little more ignorant with customers?
