I attempted to get answers after moving from PA to CO (mountain area, satellite internet... Cannot do anything I need to... Have 15 gig shared family data... Everyone is too paranoid to use it because if we do, it charges us another gig!)
I contacted AT&T via chat (I have a 3 year old with epilepsy...) thinking this would be easier if I had to get up immediately.
I was transferred in this chat at least 5-6 times... I expressed I did not have time (or energy) to deal with this... It was a simple question...
Can I get unlimited freaking data and use it as a hot spot??
They keep transferring me to someone who could DEFINITELY help...
I demanded a supervisor call me... And was told I'd hear back within ten minutes from a supervisor.
That was two days ago!!!
I was watching (trying to) a 20 minute yoga video so I don't explode, and guess what.... I got two texts interrupting that yoga... In 15 minutes it went from 75% to 100% and ANOTHER OVERAGE!
What kind of business are you running where you take advantage of people who have no other choice.
Price gouging at its finest.
I'm about to use my Penn State business education and ETHICS on this one.
Awful customer service. I've been loyal since 2009 and look at my $450 bill to prove it!!!!!
