ATT billing insists that I have outstanding bills. I have the cancelled checks of payments for those bills. Where can I send proof of payment (cancelled check images) for charges ATT says I owe, but have been paid already?
I have talked to 4 customer reps, the billing department and a supervisor to no avail. When I mentioned to the supervisor that I had cancelled checks showing payment, she says thats why payment was not credited, because the checks were cancelled!!!
