I'm a host of a family plan. One of my group had a problem.
He just took a ship trip and went to sea this month, near the board of US. He got an AT&T msg that "AT&T Free Msg: Welcome abroad! Please note your current international rates are: data $2.05/MB, talk $2.50/min, text $0.50/msg sent; $1.30/photo or video msg sent. Reply YES to learn how to get lower rates. For questions, or to block data, call +1.214 *** (a free call from this phone)."
According to the bill, he used 5702KB International Roaming data but was charged $57.02, something like $10/MB. That's insane! Please help me find what's going on. The number is ***. Thank you very much!
