Payment Arrangement

Hello

 

My name is Pamela T  and my account was suspended on the 19th of January. I have been trying to get a late payment arrangement setup for the 29th of January so that my account wouldn't be suspended or cancelled but I kept being told to call back to see if something can be done. 

 

I'm currently taking care of my mom who has dementia and am just now able to call to make arrangements. AT&T can someone please call me at my home number  or email me at .com to see if a payment can be arranged so that my phone service can be restored? I can be reached after 7:45pm tonight.
