My Uverse/internet went out Friday, AT&T was doing some work on the lines at the the main box and cut the line. No one could come till Saturday, which they set up an appointment to come between 12-4pm. I waited here all day, called at 5:30pm to see where they were (all had come back on around 3pm) and they said all was repaired. They specificaly asked that someone be here, which I spent the whole afternoon here, no phone call, nothing. They apologized and said this is not their customer service, which I hate to say is as I've had numerous problem with them the last three years. Now today I wake up and get a text message that 90% of my data has been used; then I get one several minutes later that 75% has been used, and right after that another text that says I've used !00% now being charged $15. How can that possibly be, what a joke. AT&T is the biggest pain in my side, now it's time to contact the FTC.
