I have been an AT&T customer since 2012 and have recently discovered that I'm paying 40 dollars for a month than I would be at T-mobile. I called customer service to give AT&T a chance to make this right. Instead of lowering my bill to be competitive they gave me 3Gigs of data at no charge and tried to sell me Direct Tv service. Is AT&T no longer worried about keeping its customers happy and having fair prices?
