This is the worst customer derive I have ever had.
I received 25 percent off my plan for years I changed plans to add my husband, being told I would still receive the 25 percent off. My bill is $50 over what I quoted. I've called twice being told a manager would called back when I asked if this was legal? No one called back either time.
