I'm being screwed again by AT&T. They are claiming I sent in a physically damaged cell phone with a screen crack for a warranty claim and now they want to charge me $674. Prior to me even sending the device I took pictures of the phone turned on working with no physical damage and took pictures of the packaging. The phone was brand new from an insurance claim the only issue was that it stopped charging. AT&T friends help me escalate this or point me in the right direction to dispute this charge. The manager Jonathan Thesenvitz was completely undermining me and condescending on the phone. Like seriously they still employ people like this!?
