Missing payments, Overcharge and lack of assistance

I am a frustrated customer, I have called At& T customer service, made double payments with both voice and store directly due to At&t system error, gotten billed wrong amounts and yet none of all this problem has been successfully solved by all the At&T . I have spend literraly 4 hours on the phone with different agents who have all been so helpful but none seems to know what is going on with my account. How and who does one talk to have a solution reached. My contract ends february 5th and I am forced to leave At&T despite their great service.
