Worst Service

So for one att unified my account with uverse even though i dont have uverse as a result when ever i logged into my att account i will get a $0 bill. for the last month and half. I wake up today and my phone service is suspended i call to enquire and i am told i have a total of $275 fo rthis month and last months bill. I log back into my att account to see if i missed something and its still $0. After almost 2 hours explaining i my situation and asking my service to be restored so i can pay in 48 hours, my plea was declined. Now my phone is my source of income so what that means is i lost a whole days worth of wages. To make matters worse I have paid the bill this evening and its been almost two hours and my service has still not been restored. I have been on the phone with them for the last 3 hours and on the chat. Each time i get tossed around an dthe next agent just tosses me around till someone disconnects me even on the chat. All i want is that i be allowed to cancel my contract without any termination fees because this is just unacceptable service. If this is how you treat your customers then you will soon be losing them all i promise
