My account was past due and I needed to make a payment arrangement so that I can keep my service on, but be able to pay in installments. I called yesterday to make an arrangement, the customer service agent was very rude and said I can'tmake the payment arrangement. Today my phone service was suspended.
I called customer service again today and spoke with someone and they said that because my account is suspended, they can't do a payment arrangement and had I called yesterday, I would have been able to set that up and keep my service on. I said wait, I did call yesterday and he was able to see that I had called yesterday, but he couldnt do anything to overwrite the system.
AT & T I have been a customer for over 15yrs with wireless service, I can't believe the mistreatment I received.
