On November 30, 2015, I went into the AT&T store in Sacramento California to pay my cell phone bill. While in the store the sales representative told me I could upgrade my phone to the iPhone 6s and also upgrade my data plan from 10GB to 15GB at no additional charge to my plan. I've been a AT&T customer for approximately five years and never went over my data plan or been late on paying my bill. My average monthly bill is $200 dollars. Approximately six days after changing phone I received a text from AT&T telling me I was reaching my data limit and that I would be charge for any overages. In about one hours my my data went from 14GB of usage to 24 GB of usage. The represenative said she could not do anything until I recieved my bill on December 12, 2015. she said she would note the account and I would not be responsible for the overages. Approximately 3 days later my phone was turned off and I was told I owe $1400 dollars because I had allegelly used over 90 GB in 3 days. What?
