first of all let me say that at&t has been really letting me down as of late. and I've been a customer for years!!! it started with calls taking forever to call and even answer, sometimes i would get a drop call and i now live in a city which it definitely should not happen. i got that issue fixed after a long time with customer service, soon after my regular text messages were not being sent. it just kept pending for long mins and i'm talking about 30 mins or so till it told me to retry to send. which i did and the issue kept happening. yesterday i spent 1 hour talking to different reps on the line to get this fixed and so far after the 4th time it seems to be working. (cross my fingers) now i just recently moved to a new area. a whole new zip code and area code. so i called att customer support and was told i had to pay $15.00 to get a new local number???!!!! are you all insane!!!! i can provide proof i moved! its not like i'm one of those ppl that just wants to change their number just because i want to avoid collectors calls, ex's, or stalkers. I moved to a whole different city and having a local number is essential. i have dr appointments, business calls, and etc here now and its a pain in the behind not having a local number. honestly change your policy on that! its not fair for loyal customers to have to pay a fine to get a new number for legit reasons. I'm about through with you all! i think one more thing wrong at this moment and i will cancel. sorry to rant on everyone but this is ridiculous! I cannot possibly be the only one.
