I have been a customer of AT&T for several years and each month I pay a lot of money for 2 mobile phone lines. This month a billing issue happened and I paid using an old account which resulted in the payment being returned. As soon as I found out about this issue I called AT&T to let them know what happened. The service agent stated everything would be fine just to make the payment again using the correct information. I did just that and everything was fine until today when my service was turned off. The agents I spoke to all said the same thing that i needed to pay the next bill and a 50$ charge. No one is willing to work with me. Just horrible service for a customer that had been with the company for so long. Silly how AT&T would rather loose a customer than work with someone!
