Why is this place in business? I set up an appointment online because I couldn't get the store to answer the phone and asked for a specific person for the appointment since he had helped me all along. Got to my appointment and waited 45 minutes while watching walk in customers getting helped ahead of me so I had to ask for someone else to help because the person I asked for took on another employees family and apparently the employees come first over a customer that has been with AT&T for over 20 years. So they have the newest employee help me and he didn't know what to do most of the time so they wasted over an hour of my time. Then of course they didn't abide by the quote that I was given earlier by Mark who had written down a price and I was charged $10.00 more no matter what I said about the quote he had given me they would not sell to me for that price. I guess losing me as a customer of over 20 years didn't mean a thing to them for the $10.00 and TERRIBLE service! Also they did not have the charger in stock so they had to order it telling me it would be in within 3-5 days and they would notify me when it arrived. I watched the tracking on it and it arrived 6 days later and I NEVER received an email, text nor phone call telling me it was there. I went to pick it up after 8 days and stood in the store for 20 minutes and A LOT of complaining just to get it handed to me. I asked about getting my $10.00 back and was told I could talk to the manager which AGAIN they didn't get him to come out of the back room, they just said so I wouldn't keep mentioning they ripped me off. The only excuse they kept saying was it's our busy time as if everyone else mattered and I didn't. I don't care if it's busy, I am a customer that has been ignored over and over because they DO NOT know what customer service is. I am now looking to go to a different provider and after 20 years of my loyalty they didn't even care when I told them I was going somewhere else. NEVER once did anyone appoligize!!
