I have been with AT&T since 2010. Last June I went to oversee for 2 months. I called customer service while I was taking off to suspend my service but I was't able to do that. I didn't get a chance to call again. However, I was charged for 2 month without any service. I called customer service multiple times but no body can resolve issue. I couple of time I got cut off in the middle of conversation.
The funny thing is I did suspend my service when I traveled to oversee in 2011. Why not now? Is there any new rule? It doesn't make sense to be charged for service which I didn't use. Please refund my money. Thanks.
