Payment Plan

I'm so disappointed with AT&T right now! I just tried setting up a payment plan to pay my bill in 2 weeks- After CHRISTMAS and was told AT&T no longer offers this option. No notice was given to any customers! This is so not right.
Have a great Christmas AT&T.
Looks like I may switch to Verizon as soon as I can
