I hope that I have AT&T attention. Back in October we cancelled our service and we were told that the balance that we would owe is around 300 dollars for the previous month. Well, my wife tried to immediately pay the bill while still on the phone with customer service. They told her that they were unable to take her money. A month later,we were made aware that our service had not been disconnected, so we called back again... They told us that that original conversation never took place and that we now owe 800 ***** dollars. So i informed her that we always record phone calls with you ***** and she said that that might be able to help us out because they have no way to check for themselves, even though the people always say "this call is being recorder for quality assurance". yeah right, my *****. Well i found the recording now and i came online to email the file, and guess what? No way to do such a thing. what a joke, oh yeah, and now my bill is 1000 dollars because they STILL did not turn my service off. What a {edited for word filter evasion} joke!
