OMG why is my bill ALWAYS so much higher than its supposed to be?

You don't have a way to receive a message or email so this is the only way to get a message to you right? I really don't understand why my bill is ALWAYS SO HIGH!!!!

It should be $130 per month but it is regularly over $160 per month and all I have is ONE phone line and a tablet.

My new bill is even more incredible than ever with current charges of OVER TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS!!!! Oh my god!!

The ONLY EXTRA CHARGE SHOULD BE MY NUMBER CHANGE, which is outrageous enough at over $30 but why am I being charged another $70, FOR WHAT!?!?!

You people are killing me and it weren't for my iPhone needed to be paid off I would have already gone to another carrier.

I called yesterday and the woman said the bill is higher because I'm being billed in advance. This is crazy on so many levels. One, you guys do this all the time, you say we're billing you in advance but then the next months bill comes and it's a full month charge. I never see a credit for every time you're billing me in advance.

2. How can you bill me in advance then tell me I'm at risk of being suspended? This is truly crazy.

Please write me back with significant credits. I can not go on paying $40 - $100 more every month than YOU TOLD ME THE BILL WOULD BE.
