I am so disappointed in the customer service care I've received. Att rep said they would handle it & fix it all, then I walk into the store a few days later & nothing was handled or fixed. Ive been ignored by one of the Att managers after 3 attempts to contact them with the email I was given. (Which I know works because they gave it to me to email them a picture of a paper I had) Then today I get an email to call them about another problem that shouldn't exist. I had pretty great service with att over the past year, up until now. After adding 3 devices, I believe I've made a mistake and should return it all before it's too late to cancel.
