I just call 611 the customer service representative put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. Ive been trying for a year to get my due date changed i have gotten 3 different answers.Ive have never been put on hold for 10 minutes ever! I dont know what kind of people you hire but my contract is up in august and I'll be never ever going to be with att again. I always heard you have problems with your customer service but now i know first hand your serious problems. If there is anything you can do for me i need to change my due date to the 1st of every month.
