Billing issues and tired of holding for 30 minutes with no answer for two days now.

I'm tired of waiting on the phone with no reponse. On top of that I'm trying to clear up a billing issue that should have been taken care of during my last three calls weeks ago. I was told they were taken care of, but low and behold, my new bill shows nothing has changed.

 

Very sad service and very frustrated.
