Your service hours state you're open until
10pm local time.... It was 9:30 when I called and the call center was closed.
Then, I called yesterday because we received our data alert and I wanted to increase our plan to the 30GB plans for $130 as stated on 9/25/15 and noted on my account from Customer Relations. When I called yesterday to increase the plan, I was advised to log online and make the change there and the price would reflect. The price is showing 270.50!!!!!! I'm tired of CONSISTENTLY having issues with your service. This has been a 6+ month issue and for what we pay and the 15+ years of service, I would expect better service. Your assistance is appreciated.
