i'm having tough time with AT&T on my unified billing (wireless +Internet and Uverse pacakge).
Where i was qouted $ 60 plus for internet and u-verse but ii got twice the amount in my bill and chasing the customer care without an success.Getting different version when i called customer care.
Adding to all these pain,they are playing passing game like when i contact wireless they refer to U-verse and when i contact them they ask me to go to unified billing but they were in unknown land.
Really going through stresful time bcoz of their crazy billing issues.Hope i will get some resolution on this from any one of the AT&T sincere employee
