Hi,
I recently ported all of my Att numbers to another service. All lines on the account were out of contract. My normal billing date is today. I went to sign in to pay and it tells me to call 800 288 2020, but it won't let me through to anyone because it sees my phone number and wants me to call 611 (which takes me to the new carrier's customer service). Regardless any combination of options never allowed me to talk to anyone. I really hate automated phone systems.
Long story short, I just want to pay my bill. Do I need to wait for Att to send me a paper bill in the mail despite the fact that my "normal" Att bill is due today?
