Refund on my purchase

I bought an iphone 6 plus online and it got lost in the mail. The Fedex delivery guy admitted that he mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. After he found out, he went back to the place where he delivered it and the person who received it has already sent the unit back to att using the return label attached to the unit. After several number of calls to At&t and Fedex to track my order, both companies have not come up with any feedback or solution to my queries. I called them every single day to find out about my missing order. After talking to like 25 customer service personnel from AT&T, patiently repeating what happened to me, I've finally talked to someone who suggested me to pay or place another order while they're still processing the claim on the missing online order. He said that they will ship me another unit right away and will refund the $367.50 which is the amount i also paid the first time i ordered online. I agreed because it's already been 2 weeks since it got lost in the mail. I thought the case will be over after receiving the unit after another week. I've waited for the refund and guess what i got in my bank account? Only the tax of $67.50. I called AT&T again and again and again and repeatedly state to them the whole story from the start and up to now i have not received any refund yet. Why do I have to pay twice for my order??? It is not my fault that it got lost in the mail. It's not my fault that the Fedex guy delivered it to the wrong address. Why do i have to suffer and pay twice for just one unit? Fedex customer service said that they have already file a claim and from their end it has been paid off. I am so disappointed with At&t for refunding me only the tax and what happened to my first order that got lost in the mail?
