Recently got direct tv and combined with our wireless acct. Prior to combined bill had no problem with wireless charges. Have 6 phones, 2 on cotract 3 on att next and one older phone. We have mobil share and bill was always correct. This month got a huge bill more than $100 over and bill had all phones on a contract with $50 charge including old phone. Have contacted att and first lady said its correct with no explanation. 2nd lady checked and looked at prior bills and saw change and was sending it to supervisor. Now 1 week later no response back and bill is due! Been with att 10 yrs but now considering change to another provider!! What should we do!!
