My story...called Alanzo at ATT in June to change landline to new wireless using the same phone number. I asked him specifically if I needed to cancel any services and he said no, everything would cancel automatically. Three months later I get a One Rate long distance bill.
After 4 calls and many hours on the phone, I still have an unearned bill that not one employee can seem to help with. Service should have cancelled and I do not owe this One Rate long distance bill.
Is there anyone in customer service that can help?
