Why am I being charged for non-return of equipment when tracking # shows received?

I have called 3 times and spent hours on the phone with different reps all promising that they have taken care of the problem. Clearly, none of them have and your company has no integrity. Each person stated that there are no notes in my file of the conversation that I had with the previous person, yet they are all apologetic and promise that they will be the one who can help me, as they put me on hold over and over while they do their research, locate the tracking information, see that they have indeed received my return, and assure me that they are updating my account to ensure that I will not be charged. Once, I was on hold with one rep for 45 minutes, so I put that line on speaker and called back from another phone and had a 45 minute phone call with another rep who was able to solve my problem - all the while the first rep never came back on the line. I guess they just wanted me to hang up and free the 2 lines I was occupying, hence the 'don't worry it's all been noted and you won't have any problems or charges' that I got --- yet here I am still being charged. I even had a person on chat promise me to call me back after she researched the problem, verified my phone number several times, but I guess she must've lost the chat log as she never called back. There is nothing worse than a liar - but I guess that must be a requisite ability for one who works there.
