Dear AT&T, I compliment you on your customer service agents MaryLou and Julie. MaryLou listened carefully to my problem about billing and determined that it was beyond her authority to resolve the matter. Don't be confused, MaryLou researched the matter thoroughly before reaching out to another AT&T agent. Then, Julie took over but not until MaryLou was sure that Julie and I were connected. Julie also listened carefully to understand a complicated problem involving double-billing on a device. It was Julie's insightful questions that lead her to the cause of the problem and in no time had a resolution worked out. I saw the credit on my account online before the conversation was over! These two agents exemplify the reason that I am a long time AT&T customer and I recommend AT&T to my friends and family. Congratulations! MaryLou and Julie resolved my problem quickly and efficiently and it's a testament to the overall quality of AT&T.
