I think the merger between Direct and AT&T sucks, AT&T you guys do to much
1) Why do our calls go straight to another Country? I'm in Texas, my service is in Texas, so why can't I speak to someone in Texas?
2) If you have a automatic system setup for us to make automatic payments, why your system don't automatically update our account?
3) I was told that my internet service was going to be $30 per month and it's doubled the quoted price and I'm just sick of AT&T messing up my account. Get it together AT&T and learn how to honor your word, because Direct was fine before the merger .
