is anyone else a victim of this bait and switch? When I upgraded two months ago, I got an iPhone 6. According to both signage and the clerk who helped me, I could purchase for $199 and pay an extra $20 a month on service, or keep same service rate and pay $21.67 for 24 months. I just noticed my bill indicates I was just billed for "payment 2 of 30". The reason I didn't just buy outright was that it came out about $30 cheaper to do the 24 months of installments. That savings is lost in addition to another $100 with ATT changing the number of installments after the fact. There was no misunderstanding. The clerk KNEW the reason I chose installments, and even double checked the math at the posted 24 payment agreement.
