Why did I receive a suspension notice at 12:08 pm, after I received a payment received notice at 10:36 am on the same day???? I've been a "valued" customer since 2005, and don't quite understand why you continue to threaten me with shut off after I paid the "up to $40" re-activation fee.... Of which, you've made an extra $160 dollars off of me this year for 4 shut offs. I've never been charged less than $40, so that sounds a little misleading.... You should state $40 fee, or accept the text pay commitments. Also, stop threatening to slow down my data usage after 5gigs, as I've paid an unGodly amount for your unlimited service for over 10 years now.
