Full Statement

I have been waiting for my full detailed statement for the amount of $496.03 almost 2 month but never have received yet. I know there was termination fee on my account and really wanted to confirm the exact of ETF for each lines.
I requested this so many times through the customer service but they keep sending me the same statement without the details at all during last 2 month.
Do I just keep calling customer service to get my right statement and keep waiting for that forever?? This is crazy and I don't understand why at & t do this to me.
I'll never ever come back to at&t again. Very disappointed.
