Wrongfully billed and the bill being sent to collections

Hi there, 

 

I had ATT service for two days between 9/26 - 9/28 before I transferred my account to T-Mobile. 

I was not under any contract or any monthly plan and clealry confirmed with the ATT rep that this would be prorated if I did transfer my account. 

 

Now I get a bill for $88 and despite my repeatedly contacting them on mail and phone I have not been able to resolve it and the late fees keeps piling up. I was transferred 7 TIMES to reps in different departments because they couldn't figure out who would be the best person to resolve it - from tech support to finance to billing to accounts. This has been really FRUSTRATING where I want to clear the actual pro rated amount that I should be charged and get done with it but I can't and this is costing me in time because ATT has their numbers and accounting wrong.  

 

This has been a terrible experience with ATT and with the resolution of it.
