So I got a charge for $15 since I went over on my data (mind you, I tried not to use it and I went over on the very last day of my billing period). So fine, whatever, I could deal with that if it was carried over. However, I'm shocked to find that not only was I charged the $15 for an extra GB of data (which I used VERY little of), the data was NOT rolled over to this month. What happened? I should either be credited for the unused data or it should be carried over to this month.
