So it seems AT&T doesn't want to credit my account

When I called one week ago I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives the first one said she would take off $210.00 Then two reps down the line said she would take off $300.00 Which she said would be noted in my account. And to call back in a week. So I call today and talk to two reps. By the third rep who supposedly had authority to authorize such a large adjustment I was disconnected. So I hope we don't have to switch companies. Get back to me soon. Thanks.
