Bad Customer Service / questionable Billing Practices by AT@T

I need my case escalated. Been calling, chatting and have reached no resolution. Who can I contact??

I was on the 3gb Family Share Plan. Recently I went in to upgrade to the latest Iphone Plus model. Since I was on the ATT Next Plan I had to pay $187 dollars for the privilage to upgrade.

I did, a couple of days later the phone starts giving me issues. I go back to the store to return it, since the new Iphone is not instock my only option is to exchange it for the smaller regular Iphone. But they say I have to pay a $35 dollar restocking fee. I argue with the store reps, get nowhere. Like a dummy I cough up the $35 dollars. In the store I am also told that due to my data usage I should bump up to the 5gb plan, since I am close to going over. I ask could it be something on the phone that is eating up my data. I am assured that it it not. I ask will this affect my billing, I did not want prorated bills. A couple of days later, again I have issues with the phone, I go back to the store. And what to they do, they ask to charge a restocking fee.

At this point I am fed up with the bad customer service and questionable billing. So I port my number and cancel the service. Turns out ATT pulled a fast one on me, I was billed the $35 restocking fee when they refunded the tax I had paid on the phone. They just subtracted the $35 from the credit I was supposedly getting.

Currently I am being charged $162 for service I never used after I had cancelled my plan with ATT. And have been on chat, and phone with reps trying to get this resolved to no avail. I keep getting the run around or read a script that makes no sense.

Honestly I did not want to leave AT@T but the bad customer support as well as the shady billing practices were too much.
